Presidente da Câmara de São Julião denuncia furtos na Prefeitura após cassação
A cidade de São Julião está sem prefeito há uma semana, desde que o ex-gestor, José Francisco de Souza (PT), o Zé Neci, e o vice-prefeito, José Francimar Pereira (PP), foram cassados no último dia 20. O presidente da Câmara de vereadores da cidade, Francilândio da Silva Carvalho (PP), que deve tomar posse em uma semana, denunciou que objetos foram levados da prefeitura por funcionários da antiga gestão.
Ele informou que chegou a acionar a Polícia Militar da cidade, mas que por enquanto o caso está sendo apurado. “Algumas pessoas viram assessores deixando o local com o carro com vários objetos da prefeitura, até central de ar foi retirada. A polícia foi chamada quando aconteceu. As pessoas têm medo de falar, temem represálias”, declarou.
O vereador comentou ainda a situação da cidade e do atendimento à população desde que Zé Neci deixou a prefeitura. Segundo ele, o local está fechado e o ex-gestor não voltou à prefeitura.
“Está tudo abandonado, porque não está tendo pagamento. Somente alguns profissionais permanecem nas unidades de saúde. Há alguns dias eu levei uma moça que estava em trabalho de parto para Picos no meu carro. De lá uma ambulância levou para Teresina”, informou.
Segundo ele, desde que o ex-prefeito foi cassado, os serviços na cidade pararam quase que completamente. Apenas a limpeza pública, ainda que precariamente, tem funcionado.
Ele informou que ainda não tomou posse porque aguarda a decisão do juiz Cícero Giscard de Alencar Feitosa, da 40º Zona Eleitoral do município de Fronteiras. “Esperamos que saia até o fim da semana e até sexta-feira [31] devo assumir a prefeitura”, informou.
Francilândio já havia tomado posse na prefeitura da cidade, interinamente, em julho do ano passado, através de uma Ação de Investigação Judicial Eleitoral, AIJE, ajuizada pelo Ministério Público Eleitoral e em segundo, ajuizada por Emídio Reis.
Cassação
Prefeito e vice foram cassados depois de aceita a ação emblemática ajuizada pelo ex-vereador Emídio Reis da Rocha, 51 anos, assassinado e enterrado vivo na cidade em fevereiro de 2013. Seus familiares alegam que o crime ocorreu devido à ação impetrada pelo ex-vereador.
O vice-prefeito vai a júri popular acusado de ser o mandante do assassinato. Após sua morte, o Ministério Público assumiu o processo.
A denúncias contra os dois dizem respeito a abuso dos poderes político e econômico, por terem contratado mais de 120 servidores sem a realização de concurso público, e também por desvio de R$ 1,5 milhões, correspondentes a recursos do Fundo Municipal de Seguridade Social, para financiar campanha eleitoral. Foi aceita ainda a denúncia por compra de voto com construção de cisternas na zona rural do município.
