Homem é preso suspeito de estuprar garoto deficiente mental em Picos
Um homem de aproximadamente 30 anos foi preso nesta quinta-feira (23) suspeito de estuprar um jovem de 14 anos com problemas mentais no município de Picos (306 Km de Teresina). De acordo com o delegado Divanilson Sena, a família da vítima já havia registrado Boletim de Ocorrência contra o suspeito, que foi preso em flagrante.
A família fez o registro da ocorrência há cerca de 15 dias, quando teria ocorrido o último estupro. Nesta ocasião, o adolescente passou por exame de corpo de delito e, segundo o delegado, o médico legista confirmou a deficiência mental sofrida pelo jovem, o que caracteriza o estupro de vulnerável.
“Os familiares contam que os abusos já aconteciam há alguns meses e o último contato entre os dois teria sido há quinze dias. Aguardamos ainda o laudo médico, mas os legistas já adiantaram a informação sobre o abuso sofrido”, informou.
O delegado conta que o homem foi preso em flagrante por policiais militares da cidade. No dia de ontem, o suspeito ligou diversas vezes para a vítima com o intuito de atraí-lo até sua casa. O adolescente conseguiu relatar à polícia que o suspeito estava sem roupas.
“Ele ficou despido e pediu que o menor praticasse sexo oral. Nesse momento ele correu e o suspeito correu atrás, foi quando os policiais fizeram a prisão”, informou.
Sena informou que o suspeito é casado e tem uma filha. Não há qualquer relato anterior de abusos cometidos por ele ou registro de passagem pela polícia. Ele está detido na Central de Flagrantes de Picos e será encaminhado à Penitenciária Regional localizada no município.
