[ad#336×280]“O festival com certeza vai estimular os novos talentos oeirenses adeptos ao estilo Pop Rock e abrirá um espaço democrático para bandas iniciantes que se apresentará no espaço do Palco Aberto.
Acontece nos dias 19 e 20 de Julho, como incremento das férias na Capital da Fé, o II Rock Oeiras. O evento conta com uma vasta programação como o festival de calouros no Cine Teatro, um palco aberto para bandas que desejarem sua divulgação no palco principal (nessa modalidade já estão inscritas as bandas Neutrons De Picos, 7 Chaves e Tacto de Oeiras). Ainda haverá o concurso de Guitarrista solo e Show Musicais com as Bandas Mustang 66, Velha Cap e BellaDona de Teresina.
