Proprietária da Lili Doces morre em grave acidente na BR-230
O corpo da empresária Elizabeth Carvalho de Sá, a Lili Doces, 70 anos, será velado e seputado na cidade de Oeiras, sua terra natal. A empresária, dona da maior fábrica de doces do Piauí morreu na manhã deste domingo, 16, vítima de um acidente automobilístico na estrada que liga Oeiras a São João da Varjota.
A tragédia ocorreu por volta das 6h30. No momento do acidente, o veículo — uma picape Frontier — engavetou numa carreta que também estava em movimento pela estrada. O carro era dirigido pelo esposo da empresária, o também empresário José Zeno Nunes Lopes, 70 anos, que sobreviveu e está abalado.
Ele disse aos familiares que ficou sem visão com a luz do sol que estava nascendo. Quando percebeu que ia bater na carreta, tentou desviar, mas era tarde demais. Lili recebeu forte pancada na cabeça e morreu na hora. Zeno Lopes, o marido, teve um ferimento no rosto e passa bem. O casal tinha uma fábrica de doces na cidade de Ipiranga e revendia em todo o estado.
Lili Doces era uma das empresas mais conhecidas em Teresina. Seu trabalho se dividia entre a capital e as cidades de Oeiras e Ipiranga. A empresária era tia do ex-deputado B.Sá e tia da jornalista Elizabeth Sá, chefe da Assessoria de Comunicação da Assembleia Legislativa. O sepultamento ocorre nesta segunda-feira pela manhã. O corpo dever aguardar a chegada de uma filha da empresária que vem de Brasília.
