Morre um dos motociclistas envolvidos em acidente na PI 243, entre Jaicós e Belém
Faleceu um dos motociclistas envolvidos em um grave acidente ocorrido no início da noite desta quarta-feira, 28, por volta das 18h30, na rodovia estadual PI 243, entre as cidades de Jaicós e Belém do Piauí.
Segundo a informação que foi repassada por familiares da vítima à Polícia Militar de Jaicós, ele teria sofrido uma parada cardíaca. O motociclista, identificado por Carlos Eduardo Neves Facre, estava internado em Picos. Ele foi o segundo a ser socorrido após o acidente e, apesar das fraturas expostas em uma perna, estava consciente.
Segundo populares que testemunharam o acidente, as vítimas demoraram a serem socorridas. O acidente ocorreu na localidade Sítio, município de Jaicós, porém, no hospital da cidade, não havia ambulância e nem médico de plantão. Os acidentados foram socorridos por ambulâncias do município de Belém do Piauí.

O acidente envolveu duas motocicletas e um carro, que colidiram frontalmente. Segundo informações de populares que testemunharam o acidente, o motorista do carro modelo Volkswagen Gol teria invadido a contra mão e colhido as duas motocicletas.
