Polícia apreende R$ 150 mil na casa do ex-prefeito B.Sá em Oeiras
Durante operação deflagrada na tarde deste domingo, 6, pela Justiça Eleitoral em parceria com a Polícia Civil do Piauí, mandados de busca e apreensão resultaram em várias apreensões e prisões em flagrante nos municípios de Corrente, Teresina, Oeiras e Gilbués.
Na cidade de Oeiras, foram apreendidos R$ 155 mil possivelmente utilizado para compra de votos. A confirmação veio por parte do juiz Luiz Henrique Moreira Rego que foram afirmou que R$ 155 mil haviam sido apreendidos na residência do ex-deputado federal B.Sá, em Oeiras. Segundo o magistrado, a filha de B. Sá, que é médica, foi detida. “Ela estava saindo com R$ 120 mil numa caixa em direção ao canil para esconder o dinheiro quando os policiais a abordaram e apreenderam o material. No cofre foi encontrado R$ 30 mil”, informou o juiz.
O promotor Rômulo Cordão afirmou que a operação ainda está em andamento e se estendeu até o final da votação. “Verificou-se que havia uma quadrilha em franca atuação no Piauí e que tinha a intensão de fraudar o processo eleitoral”, informou.
Segundo o promotor, foi preso em Corrente, Márcio Gladson Cunha Nogueira com R$ 10 mil e santinhos, em Oeiras o assessor José Nunes Lopes Júnior, o Júnior Sá, também foi preso com R$ 8 mil no carro e material de campanha eleitoral e após vistoria em seu apartamento mais R$ 40 mil foram encontrados.
“Com o assessor, flagramos santinhos, centenas de cópias de títulos eleitorais, caixas e mais caixas até com endereço de sessões. Tudo no sentido de coagir o eleitor a votar”, acrescentou o promotor.
Rômulo Cordão acrescentou ainda que a apreensão configura os crimes de corrupção eleitoral, coação de eleitor, formação de quadrilha e lavagem de dinheiro. “Estamos apurando se há dinheiro de prefeituras envolvido nessas apreensões e sem dúvida isso resultará em cassações”, completou.
