Polícia Rodoviária Estadual adere ao “Polícia Legal”
O Batalhão da Polícia Rodoviária Estadual aderiu ao movimento “Polícia Legal”, na manhã desta segunda-feira (15). O movimento está sendo realizado pelas associações de policiais e bombeiros do Piauí e busca melhores condições de trabalho para os policiais. Segundo o Soldado J. Barros, o Batalhão de Trânsito está há cerca de 3 meses sem receber as diárias, além de faltar equipamentos como coletes a prova de bala, alojamento e até transporte para levas os soldados até os pontos de trabalho.
Com isso, as barreiras policiais das rodovias estaduais ficam ameaçadas. A adesão aconteceu agora pouco em frente ao BPRE, localizado na Praça Saraiva, centro de Teresina.
– O BPRE está há 3 meses sem receber diárias, coisa ilegal. Faltam coletes e outros equipamentos, e até alojamento para os policiais quando vão viajar não tem. Muitos policiais tem que viajar de carona e até em seus transportes próprios por falta de viatura adequada. Ninguém está em greve aqui, todos querem trabalhar, apenas estamos cumprindo a legislação em não trabalhar sem os equipamentos obrigatórios; disse o soldado J. Barros.
Com carro de som e discursos inflamados, os manifestantes conseguiram mais um setor da polícia para o movimento, que obrigou o governo do estado a convocar os policiais da Força Nacional para virem até Teresina.
– A Força Nacional está passando apenas uma sensação de segurança. Ao todo são quase 5.500 homens parados pelo Piauí e o efetivo que veio foi apenas 120 homens; conta Barros.
CORONEL MÁRCIO – PERSONA NON GRATA
Durante as manifestações, era comum ver os policiais se manifestar com revolta ao Coronel Márcio, acusado de ter mandado atropelar um policial militar da cidade de Timon na noite do último sábado, em frente ao batalhão do RONE em Teresina. Segundo os policiais, o coronel está foragido com objetivo de fugir do flagrante. Segundo o Soldado J. Barros, dois advogados que estavam no local irão entrar com ação por homicídio contra o coronel.
