O último lote de declarações do Imposto de Renda Pessoa Física 2011 será liberado no banco nesta quinta-feira (15). Os valores foram corrigidos em 7,67%. Serão creditadas restituições para 86.979 contribuintes, no valor total de R$ 211.390.978,56. A consulta ao lote pode ser feita na página da Receita Federal na internet (www.receita.fazenda.gov.br) . Quem não entrou em nenhum dos sete lotes regulares no ano é porque caiu na malha fina.
A Receita paga também hoje restituições de declarações que estavam retidas a malha fina, referentes aos lotes de 2010 (ano calendário de 2009), 2009 (ano calendário de 2008) e 2008 (ano calendário de 2007) para 110.525 contribuintes.
Do lote residual do exercício de 2010, serão creditadas restituições para 12.872 contribuintes, totalizando R$ 24.319.719,37, corrigidos em 17,82 %. No lote residual do exercício de 2009, serão pagas restituições a 6.317 contribuintes, no valor de R$ 12.041.501,25, corrigidas em 26,28 %. Do lote de 2008, serão creditadas restituições para um total de 4.357 contribuintes, somando R$ 7.339.077,70, com correção de 38,35 %.
Neste fim de ano, o número de declarações retidas em malha chegou a 569.671 ante 700 mil em 2010. Segundo a Receita, a omissão de rendimentos foi o que levou o maior número de declarações à malha, 320.293 (56%). Entre as omissões de rendimentos, 19.380 foram de recebimento de aluguéis.
Divergências sobre despesas médicas, encontradas em 80.556 declarações (14,14%), também foram destaque este ano. A ausência de Declaração do Imposto de Renda Retido na Fonte (Dirf), que a Receita usa para cruzar os dados fornecidos pelos patrões e as informações dadas pelos empregados, provocaram inconsistências em 69.483 declarações (12,19%). Houve divergência entre os dados da Dirf em 24.030 declarações (4,22% ).
Para resolver as pendências e sair da malha fina sem se deslocar até uma unidade da Receita, o contribuinte deve acessar o Centro Virtual de Atendimentos e-CAC e fazer a autorregularização. Para isso, é preciso fazer um cadastro no site da Receita Federal, fornecendo o número do recibo das duas últimas declarações do Imposto de Renda. No e-CAC, o contribuinte tem acesso a informações referentes aos tipos de pendência e ao extrato da declaração.
Para os casos que não puderem ser resolvidos pelo e-CAC, o contribuinte pode agendar atendimento presencial a partir de janeiro de 2012.
