Servidores efetivos da educação devem atualizar dados junto ao Regime Próprio de Previdência do Município
[ad#336×280]Atualizar de dados pessoais dos servidores efetivos vinculados ao Regime Próprio de Previdência do Município de Picos. Com esse objetivo o Instituto de Previdência dos Servidores do Município, por meio do Sistema de Gestão Previdenciária, vai realizar, a partir de 08 de abril, das 08 às 12h e das 14 às 17h, na Casa Brasil, o Censo Previdenciário do município.
Deverão participar do censo todos os servidores efetivos ativos, inativos e pensionistas vinculados ao Regime Próprio de Previdência.
Caso o funcionário não participe do censo, terá suspenso o pagamento do mês seguinte ao término do recolhimento dos dados cadastrais pelo IPS. Para os que estão cedidos, licenciados ou afastados, será revogado o ato de cessão ou de afastamento.
O servidor deverá apresentar no posto de atendimento o original e cópia simples dos documentos pessoais. Os que possuem dependentes deverão inscrevê-los e também apresentar os documentos dos mesmos.
O servidor deve se dirigir ao local indicado de acordo com o mês de seu aniversário.confira as datas para os aniversariantes de cada mês:
Aniversariantes dos meses de Janeiro, Fevereiro e Março- no período de 08 a 11 de abril;
Aniversariantes dos meses de Abril, Maio e Junho– no período de 14 a 17 de abril;
Aniversariantes dos meses de Julho, Agosto e Setembro– no período de 22 a 25 de abril;
Aniversariantes dos meses de Outubro, Novembro e Dezembro– no período de 28 de abril a 02 de maio.
O que é o Censo Previdenciário?
O Censo Previdenciário consiste na atualização de dados dos servidores, tais como CPF, endereço, e-mail, telefones, etc. Nesta etapa é necessária a participação do servidor público-ativo, inativo ou pensionista.
Quem deve Participar do Censo Previdenciário?
Todos os Servidores municipais efetivos ativos, inativos e pensionistas vinculados ao Regime Próprio de Previdência do Município, mesmo aqueles que estão afastados, licenciados ou cedidos para outros órgãos.
DOCUMENTAÇÃO NECESSÁRIA
I – Dos servidores ativos e cedidos:
a) Documento de identificação com foto (Carteira de identidade ou Carteira de Habilitação);
b) CPF;
c) Comprovante de residência atualizado (conta de água, luz ou telefone);
d) Último comprovante de rendimento; (OPCIONAL)
e) PASEP/PIS/NIT;
f) Título de eleitor; (OPCIONAL)
g) Certidão de tempo de contribuição do RGPS ou de outro RPPS; (OPCIONAL)
h) CPF e Certidão de nascimento dos dependentes;
i) Certidão de casamento ou declaração de união estável, se for o caso;
j) Portaria de cessão, no caso de servidor cedido.
l) CTPS – Carteira de Trabalho
II – Dos pensionistas:
a) Documento de identificação com foto (Carteira de identidade ou Carteira de Habilitação);
b) CPF;
c) Comprovante de residência atualizado (conta de água, luz ou telefone);
d) Certidão de casamento e/ou nascimento;
e) Certidão de nascimento dos demais dependentes;
f) Último comprovante de rendimento;
g) Documento de identificação com foto (Carteira de identidade ou Carteira de habilitação) do instituidor da pensão;
h) CPF do instituidor da pensão;
i) Certidão de óbito do ex-servidor instituidor da pensão.
III – Dos servidores aposentados:
a) Documento de identificação com foto (Carteira de identidade ou Carteira de Habilitação);
b) CPF;
c) Comprovante de residência atualizado (conta de água, luz ou telefone);
d) Último comprovante de rendimento;
e) PASEP/PIS/NIT;
f) Título de eleitor; (OPCIONAL)
g) Certidão de nascimento dos dependentes;
h) Certidão de casamento ou declaração de união estável, se for o caso.
Em caso de curatela, invalidez e necessidade de visita por falta de condições de se locomover, a visita terá que ser agendada com o Serviço Social do IPS, em caso de procuração, ela deverá estar atualizada.
