Técnicos da UFPI aceitam proposta e põem fim a greve de 109 dias
Os servidores técnicos administrativos da Universidade Federal do Piauí decidiram aceitar a proposta oferecida pelo Governo Federal e por fim à greve da categoria, que já chegava a 109 dias.
A proposta foi apresentada na segunda-feira (21) para a Federação de Sindicatos de Trabalhadores de Instituições Federais (Fasubra) e analisada nesta terça (22) pelos comandos de greves locais.
No Piauí, a categoria decidiu pelo fim da greve, mas o retorno ao trabalho será determinado apenas na sexta-feira, pela federação.
O Governo Federal propôs um reajuste salarial de 10,8% pago em duas vezes; reajustar os benefícios em 2016; e um step (reajuste salarial que acontece a cada 18 meses) na porcentagem de 3,9%, em 2017.
Além disso, o Governo firmou o compromisso de atender alguns pontos da pauta de reivindicações relacionadas à melhoria da estrutura dos locais de trabalho.
Para o presidente do Sindicato dos Trabalhadores da Universidade Federal do Piauí (Sintufpi), André Gonçalves, a categoria conseguiu avanços: “Não era o que a gente queria, mas conseguimos avançar nas conquistas. Isso mostra o nosso poder e a importância da união dos trabalhadores para conquistarmos melhores condições de trabalho. Nosso reajuste estava abaixo da inflação”, conclui André.
