Vereador é agredido enquanto usava a tribuna

O vereador Luiz Gonzaga de Sousa (Luiz Quinôr – PCdoB), de 51 anos, foi agredido verbal e fisicamente na noite do último dia 27 de março, sexta-feira, quando fazia uso da tribuna da Câmara Municipal de Dom Expedito Lopes, em plena sessão ordinária daquela Casa Legislativa.
A agressão partiu do senhor chamado Evilásio Pereira de Moura, que vem ser irmão da vereadora daquele município, Josenilza Pereira de Moura. Durante a sessão bastante tumultuada, foram apresentadas denúncias contra a gestão da prefeita Francisca Ivete do Nascimento Lima (PRTB), que foi eleita em eleição suplementar em novembro de 2010 e que hoje conta com apenas três vereadores em sua base de sustentação na Câmara.
Os ânimos estavam agitados, com o plenário lotado de correligionários a favor e contra a prefeita, que trocavam insultos a todo instante. No momento em que o vereador Luiz Quinor usava a tribuna, o senhor Evilásio Moura, correligionário da prefeita, se dirigiu até o vereador e passou agredi-lo verbal e fisicamente, sendo contido pela irmã, a vereadora Josenilza e pelo filho dela, o advogado Robert Pierson. Com o tumulto generalizado, o presidente da Câmara, Alecxo Belo (PSB) suspendeu a sessão.
Inconformado com a agressão sofrida, o vereador Luiz Quinôr prestou queixa na Delegacia Regional da Polícia Civil em Picos e ontem (2), esteve em Teresina, acompanhado do presidente Alecxo Belo, onde solicitou providências ao secretário estadual de Segurança Pública, Robert Rios Magalhães, no sentido de melhorar a segurança naquele município, sobretudo para que incidentes como esse não voltem a se repetir em Dom Expedito Lopes, até porque o vereador no uso da tribuna é inviolável, mesmo quando emite juízo sobre fatos, coisas ou pessoas, como assim prever a Constituição Brasileira.
